Baked Asparagus
Baked Asparagus
Easy-to-prepare asparagus. Generally served as a side dish, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed 1 lb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Mix asparagus, garlic, oil, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Place asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Notes
Sprinkle lemon juice over the asparagus stalks after baking for a zesty finish.
