Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp peanut or sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a large pot over high heat.
  • Lower heat to medium-low and add green beans. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Drain and set green beans aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  • Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add green beans and sauces. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot as a main or side dish.
