Vegan Bean Casserole
A classic savory dish for the holidays
Equipment
- 1 medium baking dish
 - 1 large bowl
 - 1 spatula
 - 1 pot
 
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
 - 2  cups  vegan mushroom soup  
Our mushroom soup recipe  - 1 cup fried onions
 - 1/2 tsp soy sauce
 
Instructions
- In a large pot bring water to a boil over medium heat.
 - Cook green beans for 5 minutes.
 - Rinse beans under cold water and drain.
 - Preheat oven to 400° F.
 - In a bowl, mix the green beans, mushroom soup, soy sauce, and half of the fried onions together.
 - Place contents in baking dish and place in oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
 - Sprinkle remaining fried onions over casserole and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
 - Remove from oven and allow to cool down for 5 minutes. Serve with other holiday dishes.
