Instructions
Blend apple cider vinegar, water, cashews, garlic salt, pink Himalayan salt, and parsley until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Melt butter in pot over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, garlic, and onion. Cook for 10 minutes with lid on until contents are tender. Stir a couple times to prevent sticking.
Add vegetable broth and cook for an additional 5 minutes with lid on.
Add mixture from step 1 and black pepper. Stir well and simmer at low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with bread or crackers.
